Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment has been received and approved.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you using the email address provided with your order.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using United States Postal Service (USPS). The shipping carrier and service selected will depend on the shipping option chosen at checkout, package size, weight, and destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, carrier delays, peak shipping seasons, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping service.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly stated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your package has been accepted by USPS.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, we may issue a refund for the merchandise (excluding shipping charges) or reship the order after additional shipping charges have been paid.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost, damaged during transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS when appropriate. While we will make every reasonable effort to help resolve shipping issues, we cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, except where required by applicable law.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
